Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Include all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by Studio Luxury


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).


4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If you received a damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

7. Lost or Delayed Returns

Studio Luxury is not responsible for lost packages during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
